It does not really need to be to rigid if you are not that fat, but in case you are, you really need to dedicate yourself too much if you want to attain your slimming goal. If you'll prefer to do it at home, you can perform jogging in place exercises for 10 to 15 minutes so you can tone you lower body evenly without having the need to run off the park.

To complement the mid body, perform curl ups and side waist curls so you can tame the cellulite that developed in your abs and waist. Perform the exercise for 15 minutes or 30 to 40 counts daily.

For the upper body, lifting dumbbells with both of your hands gripping a 1 or 2 kilo dumbbells each will firm your arms. You can even hold the dumbbells while you perform waist twister exercises; the weight your holding is a good help.

For better result, eat healthy foods and ditch the fat rich foods, drink plenty of water and make sure you have a great sleep each day so your skin will look better as you firm it.
